Several manufacturers
have imposed no return restrictions on us, which require us
to adhere to the following return policy:
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against
defects. Due to certain manufacturer's policies, you may be
required to contact those manufacturers directly to replace,
repair or return your products. Please talk to your sales
advisor about specific programs before you buy. No returns
will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number.
With BrainGraphix and the manufacturer's approval, an RA number
may be requested up to 14 days after purchase. All returns
must be approved by BrainGraphix.
All products must be received within 10 days of RA issue
with the RA enclosed. Our posters and banners are guaranteed
against fading for one year. The Polybanner and Media Pro
200 & 300 are guaranteed against damage for normal indoor
tradeshow and fair outdoor use. Warranties do not include
any physical damage caused by customer or carrier.
All sales on Graphics are final.
If you request a return on a stand that has no damage and
is in like-new condition, we reserve the right to charge a
20% restocking fee. All returns must occur within 30 days
of sale.
All products are properly packed and handled within our highest
standards. All shipments are insured. However, some damages
may occur during shipping. We will not be responsible for
any damages sustained for by improper handling or treatment
by owner or other person, even if such would otherwise have
been covered.
Returns will not be accepted on items that have been damaged
due to improper handling, abuse or neglect on the part of
the customer or the carrier.
Returns must be prepaid & insured. It is the customer's
responsibility to insure packages paid by either credit card
or prepayment.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. It is the
responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping any product
sent for refund and/or replacement. For damaged items due
to shipping, a claim must be made to the carrier directly.
Payment Methods & Policies
We do not ship orders COD; we do not offer credit terms or
Net 30 credit accounts. We are not responsible for delays
in order processing due to declined credit cards, waiting
for PayPal checks or company checks to clear, or delays in
PO faxes.
ALL OUR SERVICES ARE PREPAID. Purchase orders will begin
processing once the official purchase order is received (via
fax, email, or mail) and verified and official payment form
is received and process.
Due to the expedited nature of our product once your order
is placed and payment verified it enters the production cycle.
For this reason orders can not be changed once they are placed.
Please verify all information before you submit your order.
Shipping & Handling Policies
Shipping method is only a recommendation. All customers may
or may not agree with shipping method and can propose a different
one as well as specify the kind of service for shipping required.
When placing an order, customers are given an estimated arrival
date. Typically most orders arrive 7-10 business days after
payment verification depending on the chosen shipping method.
There are no guarantees that your order will arrive within
this time frame. Expected arrival assumes that processing
or production is not delayed. Reasons for delays include waiting
for payment to clear or artwork approval.
Once processing is complete, we will ship your order based
on your shipping selection. If your estimated arrival date
is on a non-business day then it will be delivered the next
business day.
We package our product with commercial grade shipping supplies
and all packages leave our warehouse in excellent condition.
If your package is damaged or items are missing due to shipping
damage, you must file a claim directly with the shipper.
We are not liable for the package once it leaves our warehouse.
You must save your original packaging material when making
a claim with any carrier. Any refused shipments will still
be billed the full amount of the original order, including
shipping charges, due to the customized nature of our product.
Liability
Braingraphix Design Studio, LLC liability shall be limited
to the stated selling price to the customer of any defective
goods, and shall in no event include special, consequential,
incidental, indirect or similar damages, including without
limitation, lost profits. Braingraphix Design Studio, LLC
warrants that every product manufactured by it meets industry
standard for such product and is free of any material defect
in workmanship. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THIS WARRANTY
IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE
AND MERCHANTABILITY. Braingraphix Design Studio, LLC makes
no other warranty and no actions or words of Braingraphix
Design Studio, LLC or its officers, employees or agents shall
constitute a warranty. .
Electronic Manuscripts/Images
It is the client responsibility to maintain a copy of the
original computer files, artwork and transparencies. Braingraphix
Design Studio, LLC is not responsible for accidental loss
or damage to media supplied by the client or for errors on
supplied artwork furnished by the client. Until Braingraphix
Design Studio, LLC can evaluate digital input, no claims or
promises are made about our ability to work with jobs submitted
in digital format, and no liability is assumed for problems
that may arise. Any additional translating, editing, or programming
needed to utilize client-supplied files will be charged at
our current rates. Braingraphix Design Studio, LLC does not
archive your work for longer than it takes to produce the
final product. Please save your work.
Indemnification
The customer represents that it has the legal right to produce
all printed materials ordered from Braingraphix Design Studio,
LLC. In the event that a charge, claim or demand, or arbitration,
action or proceeding (collectively, a "Claim") is
made or commenced against Braingraphix Design Studio, LLC
based upon, relating to or arising from the alleged wrongful
acts of the customers, or alleging that the printing performed
or product produced by Braingraphix Design Studio, LLC ordered
by the customer: (a.) infringes any copyright, patent or other
proprietary right of any person; or (b.) contains matter that
is libelous, slanderous, defamatory, scandalous or obscene,
the customer shall indemnify and hold Braingraphix Design
Studio, LLC harmless from and against any loss, damages, cost
and expense arising from or related to the Claim including
without limitation; (1.) defending Braingraphix Design Studio,
LLC against any such Claim (2.) paying any judgment or award
against the customer; and (3.) reimbursing Braingraphix Design
Studio, LLC for any legal fees and expenses it reasonably
incurs in responding.
Overruns and Underruns (for Offset printing)
Braingraphix Design Studio, LLC will normally deliver the
exact quantity of goods ordered plus a small additional amount.
There is no extra charge for the additional amount. This extra
amount is normally to compensate for the industry standard
variable consistency in cuts or colors. The generally accepted
trade practice is plus or minus 10%. In the event of an underrun
exceeding 10%, Braingraphix Design Studio, LLC will bill for
the actual quantity delivered.
Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee all orders to be free of defects in workmanship.
If any order does not match the generally accepted trade standards,
we will reprint the order or issue the customer a refund at
our discretion.
